Novacy's integration with Microsoft Outlook enables you to automatically record and analyze your sales meetings and calls that have been scheduled through Outlook. This integration ensures that you can access Novacy's advanced insights without leaving your familiar Outlook environment.
When a sales call or meeting is scheduled in your Outlook calendar, Novacy automatically joins the meeting and records it. After the meeting, you'll receive an email link to your Novacy dashboard, where you can access key insights such as the call summary, transcripts, identified risks or objections, and behavioral insights derived from verbal and non-verbal cues. This integration allows you to review this information and take appropriate follow-up actions, addressing any concerns raised by prospects.
